When you get in touch

The enquiry form lets you provide your name, business name, email address, phone number and a message. It prepares a draft in your email app. Your enquiry is only sent when you send that email. The website does not save your form entries or send them to a database.

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project you asked about. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to a general business enquiry.

Where information is kept

Once you send an enquiry, it is held in the IONOS email inbox used by FlowingSea. Your own email provider also handles the email you send. This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages; hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, on servers outside the UK. IONOS also processes information as the email provider; contact FlowingSea for information about the locations and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long it is kept

Enquiry information is kept until the enquiry is dealt with, unless it becomes part of a customer relationship or there is a legal reason to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or object to processing. Where applicable, you can also request a portable copy. Email the address above. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and preferences

No analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds have been added. The motion switch stores your animation preference in your browser’s local storage. It does not identify you or leave your browser. Fonts are served with the site.
